This is the easiest rose cutter! I had never created fondant roses before purchasing this rose cutter. It was extremely simple and easy to use! I love that it comes with three different sized cutters!
These make the process of making rose fondants so much easier. You will not be disappointed. Just dust the cutter with some cornstarch before using it so that the cutter does not stick to the fondant, that way you ensure that you get really clean cuts.
It took a few attempts to get the results I wanted, but once I figured out the correct thickness of the gum paste, these were the easiest roses I've ever made. Worked great.
